- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic renewals after cancellation

- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues that significantly impact service use and cannot be resolved
- Accidental subscription renewals reported within 48 hours
- All refund requests must be submitted through our support email with your account email and details of the issue
- All refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days
