Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic renewals after cancellation

Refund Requests

  • Refunds may be issued for:
    • Billing errors or duplicate charges
    • Technical issues that significantly impact service use and cannot be resolved
    • Accidental subscription renewals reported within 48 hours
  • All refund requests must be submitted through our support email with your account email and details of the issue
  • All refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days
